Do I have to move my mail to your servers?
No. CodifyAI Mailbox connects to whatever IMAP/SMTP server you already use — Mailcow, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or any standards-compliant host. Your mail stays where it is; we only read it through the same IMAP protocol any client uses.
Which AI provider do you support?
Anthropic Claude (default), OpenAI, or a local Ollama you run on your own GPU. You bring your own API key — or you run zero-key, zero-cost with Ollama. We don’t route your data through CodifyAI servers for AI calls.
Is my data sent anywhere I don’t control?
Only if you choose a cloud AI provider, and only the specific email body + 360° context window for that one prompt. Your inbox, attachments, and ERP data live entirely on your CodifyAI server. Nothing is replicated to us.
How is this different from Odoo’s native Discuss / Mail?
Odoo’s built-in mail is internal-first — meant for record-attached chatter. CodifyAI Mailbox is a real external email client (IMAP/SMTP), with a three-pane UI built for inbox-zero workflows, AI drafts, customer 360°, and one-click conversion to quotes, invoices, leads, tickets, and tasks.
Can a whole team share one mailbox?
Yes. Any mailbox can be marked “shared team inbox.” Members see one unified queue with per-thread assignment, an SLA timer, snooze, “waiting on customer” state, and a full audit trail.
What does it cost?
