1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of CodifyAI's website, customer portal, SaaS environments, and any services provided by CodifyAI. By accessing any CodifyAI service, you agree to comply with this policy.

For SaaS customers, this policy applies to you and all users within your tenant. You are responsible for ensuring that your users comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our services to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Upload, store, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or organisation
Send unsolicited communications (spam) or conduct phishing attacks
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other customers' data, or third-party systems
Interfere with or degrade service availability (including denial-of-service attacks)
Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code
Process sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis under GDPR or applicable law
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
Circumvent or disable any security, access control, or technical measures
Mine cryptocurrency or conduct resource-intensive activities not related to the intended service use

3. SaaS Tenant Content

CodifyAI provides the technical infrastructure for your SaaS environment. You are solely responsible for the content and data you store and process within your tenant. CodifyAI does not review tenant content but reserves the right to act on credible reports of violations.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

A warning and request to remove offending content
Temporary suspension of service access
Permanent termination of your account and subscriptions
Notification of relevant authorities where required by law
Legal action and recovery of costs or damages caused by the violation

In cases involving imminent legal risk, security threats, or illegal activity, CodifyAI may act without prior notice.
