Audit
We review your source data structure, volume, and quality. We flag duplicates, orphaned records, and gaps.
Mapping
We define how each source field maps to the Odoo Community model. You review and approve the mapping document.
Test Import
Data is imported into a test environment. We run consistency checks and give you access to validate records.
Go-Live
After sign-off, we run the final import into the production system. We're on hand for the first live days.
Honest limits
Data quality in = data quality out. We clean what we can, but source data with significant gaps, duplicate structures, or missing key fields will always need human decisions. We'll surface those issues early so nothing surprises you at go-live.
